Yoki Batata Frita Palha, Extra Fina Potato Chips, 100g

Yoki batata frita palha are extra fine Brazilian potato chips. Although they are delicious for snacking on straight from the packet, they really bring crunch to cooked dishes. Sprinkle over your stews and rice, or even on Brazilian macaroni cheese. 

The potatoes are sliced into straw–like pieces before being fried and seasoned with salt. Serve with pre-dinner martinis, or sprinkle the chips on top of your favourite sandwich filling for a crunchy contrast to the bread. We also love serving these pre-made chips with fried chicken or steak tartare.
