Uchibori’s use of simple and flavoursome ingredients: bonito and kelp, along with simple seasonings - salt and sugar - gives it a pure sweet-sour taste that creates the perfect back for other ingredients. This pre-seasoned rice vinegar is the secret to perfect sushi rice.
Mix a splash into your hot sushi rice and stir quickly whilst cooling - ready for making beautiful maki roll and nigiri. Not only do you get outstanding flavoured rice, but the sushi vinegar also helps the delicate grains hold together.
