Tobichiru Soy Sauce Dish, 10cm
Description
The Tobichiru soy sauce dish is perfect for sushi suppers. The dark background is decorated with splatters of brown and beige. Tobichiru means ‘scatter’ in Japanese.
The rectangular dish has a traditional lacquered finish. Fill it with soy sauce to accompany sushi and sashimi. Or, use it to serve tentsuyu with vegetable tempura.
In addition to sauces, the dish can also be used to serve pickles and wasabi.
