Terre Exotique’s organic rosemary bouquet will add irresistible flavour and aroma to slow-cooked soups, stocks and stews. The woody herb pairs well with lamb, pork and rabbit, and is also used in marinades for poultry and oily fish. The bouquet is neatly tied together so you can easily remove it once you have achieved the desired level of flavour. Use it to enhance a rich tomato sauce to serve over pasta or meatballs.

Terre Exotique’s wild rosemary is harvested by hand in the garrigue in southern France. It is picked sustainably and responsibly, without damaging the surrounding vegetation.
