This dried herb bouquet includes fragrant thyme, rosemary and laurel (also known as bay leaves). The herbs are harvested sustainably in southern France, without damaging the surrounding vegetation. They are picked by hand to ensure superior quality and flavour.

Use Terre Exotique’s bouquet garni in classic French dishes like fish soup or beef bourguignon. The bundle is neatly tied so you can remove it once you have achieved the desired level of flavour.
