To make the biltong bites, strips of meat are marinated with herbs and spices that are roasted and ground in-house. The beef is then slowly air-dried to create a deeply savoury, meaty snack. All the moisture is removed during the drying process so these bites have a ‘well done’ consistency that’s designed to give your jaw a workout.
