These olive tree chunks are 100% natural wood that deliver and clean burn and infuse bold flavour to smoked food. Olive wood has a deep and rich flavour to match its colour. These large chunks are ideal for smoking over an extended period.
Usage: You can soak these chunks in water for 20 minutes prior to use for a more intense smoke flavour. They can be used in gas or electric barbecues but using a smoker or placing them on a previously perforated aluminium tray.
