Mymoune’s Lebanese fattoush salad dressing is a ready-made tangy dressing for creating the popular and famous Lebanese salad Fattoush. It traditionally combines toasted flatbread, sumac, mint, parsley and fresh salad ingredients and is popular across the Levantine region.
This salad dressing is bursting with citrusy-sour flavours from pomegranate molasses and apple vinegar, further enhanced by fragrant sumac that it’s spiced with. A base of olive oil adds a smooth finish and a gentle bitter note for a beautiful balance of flavours.
Use this fattoush salad dressing to achieve the signature flavours of this Lebanese classic in seconds, or drizzle over your favourite salads for a sweet-sour twist. It also makes a wonderful marinade for meat or fish - leave overnight to let the tart flavours fully infuse.
