Description

This selection of smoked Spanish charcuterie will add rich, meaty flavour to soups, stews and tapas dishes. Produced by a small, family-run business in Asturias in northwest Spain, it includes chorizo, pancetta and morcilla (blood sausage).

Dice and fry the charcuterie in olive oil to add to paella, tomato sauce and slow-cooked casseroles. The pancetta is fantastic for adding a meaty base note to vegetable dishes and lentils simmered in wine and chicken stock. You can use the chorizo and morcilla to make Fabada Asturiana, a hearty white bean stew topped with slices of pork belly. Typically served with cider and crusty bread, it’s a comforting hug in a bowl.

The charcuterie is vacuum sealed, ideal for gifting as part of a hamper of Spanish delicacies.

Ingredients: Pork belly, salt, sugar, preservatives e-252 and e-250, antioxidant e-331, 81% lean pork, pork belly, beef, garlic, spices (wrapping: natural pork casing. smoked with oak firewood), pork fat, onion, pork blood, paprika, and parsley.
