Smokey Sally BBQ rub is particularly good with pork and poultry. Mix it with oil and rub it into ribs, chops and spatchcocked chickens. Add a little vinegar for acidity, if you like. Or, add garlic and herbs like rosemary and thyme. For best results, let the meat marinate for a few hours before cooking.
