Description
Serve soy sauce in this speckled brown dish. Midori means ‘green’ in Japanese - a nod to the green streak in the centre of the bowl.
The rectangular dish has a traditional lacquered finish. Fill it with soy sauce to accompany sushi and sashimi. Or, use it to serve spicy mayo with chicken karaage.
In addition to sauces, the dish can also be used to serve pickles and wasabi.
