These truffles are made by La Perla di Torino, one of Italy’s finest chocolatiers. They combine white chocolate with nougat, almond paste and natural limoncello flavouring. The result is a sweet and chewy treat with notes of lemon and almond.

Each truffle is individually wrapped in blue and yellow packaging. The colours are reminiscent of the sea and large lemons grown on the Italian coast. They are ideal for gifting or sharing with friends after dinner.

About La Perla di Torino

Company founder Sergio Arzilli grew up in his family’s pastry business. But when he discovered he was coeliac, he decided to turn this limitation into an opportunity. He studied the art of chocolate making, and in 1992, founded La Perla di Torino. The company specialises in gluten-free offerings, made in Turin, the spiritual home of gianduja, using the best-quality ingredients, including the Piedmont Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut.

Ingredients: Sugar, whole milk powder, almond paste (19%), cocoa butter, nougat brittle 11% (hazelnuts, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white), whey powder. Emulsiifer: soy lecithin. Lemon paste (lemon peel 60% EU, sugar, glucose syrup), natural vanilla flavour, natural flavour 0.3% (limoncello). May contain traces of peanuts and other nuts.
