Description

Goat Rodeo Goods Rodeo Disco Cucumber Pickles are thin, crisp rounds with bright acidity and a fresh cucumber finish. They are less sweet and more vinegar-forward than supermarket pickles, with dill, garlic and a colourful scatter of peppercorns and seeds in the brine. The result is sweet, salty and a little sour, without overpowering everything else on the plate.

  • Thin cucumber rounds with a lively crunch
  • Tangy, vinegar-forward brine with clean sweetness
  • Dill, garlic, peppercorns and fragrant seeds
  • Vegan-friendly and packed in a 500g jar

Layer them into burgers, fried chicken sandwiches or cheese toasties. They are also excellent beside rich barbecue meats, or folded through a warm potato salad where the brine cuts through the dressing. Keep the slices submerged and refrigerate after opening. Use within three months.

Meet the maker: Goat Rodeo Goods

Goat Rodeo Goods makes pickles, preserves, condiments and seasonings with plenty of crunch, sharpness and punch. The aim is simple: make basic food banging!

Founders Kat and Lucy work from a farm in the wild west of Scotland. The idea began with surplus crops from their farm and nearby growers. Rather than let good vegetables end up on the compost heap, they turned them into pickles and preserves.

Everything is developed in-house, then made by hand in small batches. Expect cucumber pickles, pickled onions, spice blends, rubs and flavoured salts.
