For the quickest supper, cook 90g dried pasta per person and save a little cooking water. Drain, then stir through one teaspoon of seasoning with a splash of pasta water and a glug of olive oil. It also brings extra warmth to tomato sauces, roasted vegetables and beans.

Goat Rodeo Goods makes pickles, preserves, condiments and seasonings with plenty of crunch, sharpness and punch. The aim is simple: make basic food banging!

Founders Kat and Lucy work from a farm in the wild west of Scotland. The idea began with surplus crops from their farm and nearby growers. Rather than let good vegetables end up on the compost heap, they turned them into pickles and preserves.

Everything is developed in-house, then made by hand in small batches. Expect cucumber pickles, pickled onions, spice blends, rubs and flavoured salts.
