Gits dahi vada mix is a lentil and wheat flour blend for making Indian lentil fritters. Dahi vada is a popular street food in Northern India. The deep-fried fritters are soaked in yogurt and drizzled with tamarind sauce. Combine this dry dahi vada mix with water and fry until golden brown.
Ingredients: Lentils flour, refined Wheat flour, Hydrogenated vegetable oil (Palmolein oil, Sesame Oil and preservative: butylated hydroxy anisole (E320)), Salt, Raising agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, citric acid), cumin seed powder.
