Description
Ghana Best hot shito gives your favourite meat and fish dishes a spicy kick. Shito (meaning pepper in Ga) hot sauce gets its pungent, smoky flavour from dried fish and shrimp powder. Use this versatile chilli oil as a marinade for chicken, lamb or tofu, or stir a little of the sauce through rice.
Ingredients: onion, sunflower oil, smoked shrimp powder, tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, ginger, dried red chillies, salt, garlic powder, ground coriander, aniseed, rosemary, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, preservative: potassium sorbate.
