Date and walnut dried fruit cake is an energy rich bar to enjoy on a hike, or sliced with a cheeseboard. The dense, dark bar is bursting with sticky dates and large chunks of walnuts - and absolutely nothing else!
Ingredients: Dried figs (45%), prepared dates (19%) (dates, glucose and sweetener: sorbitol), dried apricots (16%), almonds (12%), candied orange peel (8%) (orange peels, sugar, glucose and water)
