Cherry Rocher Sugar Free Blackcurrant Liqueur, 500ml

Add this sugar-free blackcurrant liqueur to a glass of Champagne or enjoy it on the rocks as an aperitif or digestif. It has 10 times less sugar than your average crème de cassis so you can enjoy your favourite cocktail without worrying about its sugar content.

This deep purple liqueur is great for cocktails. Add it to a Bramble, a French Martini or a berry Mojito with crushed ice and fresh mint. In France, it’s often added to white wine (known as a Kir) or sparkling wine (Kir Royale). If you like a more complex drink, shake up an El Diablo - a blend of crème de cassis, tequila and lemon juice, topped up with fiery ginger beer. Sweet, spicy and refreshing, it’s perfect on a hot summer day.

This sugar-free crème de cassis is perfect for desserts, too. Add a splash to cake batter, summer puddings or a fruity coulis to drizzle over cheesecakes and waffles. For a fuss-free dinner party dessert, pour a shot over vanilla ice cream or a zingy berry granita.
