Caviaroli’s olive drops with pickled piparra chilli will add a burst of flavour to vegetable dishes, roasted meats and green salads. Inspired by molecular gastronomy, these golden spheres are a collaboration between Caviaroli and Catalan chef Albert Adria. The drops burst in your mouth when you bite them, releasing their intense olive flavour with a gentle heat from the bittersweet green chilli peppers.

These spicy olive drops are a delicious addition to salads, slaws and platters of grilled and roasted meats. They taste great with roast chicken, adding a whole new level of flavour to this classic meal. Use them to garnish creamy dips and sauces or to add a modernist touch to starters and canapés.

About Caviaroli

Caviaroli make their range of olive oil and vinegar caviar in Esparreguera, just to the north west of Barcelona. The intense colours and flavours open up new possibilities when it comes to the presentation of food and drink. Caviaroli keep their texture even up to 60°C, so you can even use them to garnish hot dishes.

Store in a cool, dark place away from heat, light and strong odours. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
