Alziari Green Olives stuffed with Anchovy


Filled with anchovy cream, these pitted green olives are a tasty way to start a Meditteranean meal. The light anchovy cream adds umami depth to the juicy olives. Serve them with crusty baguette, roasted artichokes, and delicate slices of cured meat for an antipasti platter.

Nicolas Alziari began producing olive oil in Nice in 1868. In the 1980s, his descendants grew the Alziari business by offering other produce from Nice – like herbs, olives and homemade syrups.
