The spoon’s tapered corner is perfect for scraping the edges of pans and bowls to evenly combine even the most stubborn and sticky mixtures. This shallow spoon is also ideal for tasting your sauces and stews to achieve perfect flavours.
This corner spoon is hand-carved in Tunisia from a single piece of olive wood. This protects the beautiful patterns of the natural wood grain finish, as well as increasing durability and strength. Olive wood has a high oil content which makes it extra-resistant to bacteria - ideal for cooking utensils.
As each piece is made from a single piece of wood, patterns will vary. Hand wash only and occasionally coat with olive oil to prevent drying out.
