A mesh basket ensures even straining of the cheese, while the solid bars help you shake out the cheese in a neat mound shape. Use the pressing disk and spring to push down on the cheese to create a harder cheese. The glass jar catches the whey that forms when making cheese. Keep this by-product and use it to make butter or add it to smoothies.

This gold cheesemaker has a capacity of 1.4 litres that makes approximately 200-300g of soft cream cheese.
