Delouis Garlic Mayonnaise Aioli, 250g

Description

Delouis aioli is a rich garlic mayonnaise made with egg yolks, garlic and Dijon mustard. It has a velvety smooth texture and a strong, sweet garlic flavour. Spread it on sourdough to elevate a roast chicken sandwich or use it as a dip for French fries or roasted vegetables. It’s also delicious with asparagus and Jersey Royals, when they’re in season.

Made using a traditional French recipe, this creamy aioli pairs beautifully with fish and seafood. Serve it alongside a classic French fish soup or as a dip for crab cakes or fried fish.
