Tenshou's yuzu citrus ponzu dressing is a famous ingredient in Japanese cuisine. The citrus ponzu sauce is a classic blend of shoyu (Japanese soy sauce), along with Japanese citrus fruits yuzu, yuko and sudachi. This ponzu vinegar also has added umami-rich notes from kelp, shiitake and bonito - the backbones of Japanese cuisine. Light, tangy and rounded, it can be used to dress salads, vegetable dishes, or to use as a dipping sauce for tempura and gyoza.  

Ingredients: Soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt), water, Japanese citrus juice (yuzu, sudachi, yukou), sugar, vinegar, flavour enhancer (E635, E621), sweet rice wine, dried bonito extract, kelp extract, shiitake extract, alcohol, acidity regulator: citric acid. Contains soya, fish, wheat.
