Crumbs from Pump Street Bakery’s 100% rye loaf provide a nutty counterpoint to the mellow, slightly bitter 60% Ecuadorian dark milk chocolate. The addition of sea salt helps to bring out the other flavours for a truly different chocolate experience.

Pump Street Bakery are a family owned bakery and café in Suffolk. After mastering the world of bread and pastries, they turned their hands to chocolate. They are now a bean-to-bar producer of high quality, single origin chocolate bars and couvertures. Pump Street Bakery know how important the growing, drying and fermentation of cocoa beans is when it comes to good quality chocolate. This led them to only work with owner-operated farms and co-operatives that use traditional methods wherever possible, and that also grow the best varieties of cacao. The beans are then directly imported to their bakery, where they roast the cocoa beans in their bread ovens to kick off the chocolate making process.
