Description

Vegetarian kimchi is a Korean condiment that’s eaten alongside almost every meal. This spicy, cabbage accompaniment is traditionally made with fish sauce, however this vegetarian version is fermented with only sugar and salt.

Kimchi has a distinctive tangy flavour and crunchy texture. The salted cabbage is mixed with punchy red pepper powder, garlic and ginger to give it a slightly fiery flavour. This Korean staple can be eaten straight from the jar, served alongside noodles and rice, or used to make kimchijeon - kimchi pancakes

Ingredients: Salted cabbage (cabbage, salt), water, spring onion, red pepper powder, sugar, salt, garlic, ginger, flavour enhancer (E621)

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. After opening, consume as soon as opened.
