Is it jam? Or is it chutney? The sweet olive, fig & almond tapenade was inspired by a recipe from Masterchef 2012 finalist Andrew Kojima - one of Andrew's signature desserts is a chocolate and black olive tart - so Olive Branch started to experiment with their olives in sweet recipes. The result was a chutney or jam made from Kalamata olives sweetened with a fig syrup and finished with almonds.

The olive and fig condiment is very addictive and pairs particularly well with goats cheese. It can also be used as a luxury topping for ice cream or Greek yogurt, or just eaten with a spoon from the jar!

Winner of two starts at the Great Taste Awards, and the Silver Prize in France’s Prix les Épicures

Ingredients: Kalamata olives (38.63%), sugar, glucose, figs (4.21%), almonds (2.81%), grape must, vinegar. May contain nuts, dairy and traces of olive pits.
