Description
Rice flour is a finely-milled, huskless flour widely used in Chinese and South East Asian dishes. Rice flour can be used to make rice noodles and rice bread or for thickening sauces. In South India rice flour is often used with coconut or coconut milk to make appams, thin, bowl-shaped pancakes.
Ingredients: 100% rice flour. Store in a cool, dry place.
