Yutaka tempura batter mix is a quick and simple way to create crispy fried seafood or vegetables. Use it to coat prawns, rings of squid or slices of courgette, then flash fry for fantastic crunch and flavour.
Enjoy your tempura with a simple soy and mirin dipping sauce. Or serve tempura seafood on the top of a steaming bowl of udon noodle soup.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), raising agents (corn starch E500, E575, E450), acidity regulator (E296).
