Yoki hydrated tapioca starch is a great gluten-free substitute for traditional flour. Tapioca starch – also known as cassava root flour – is made by grinding the roots of the cassava plant. The smooth, slightly sweet and starchy flour is a great thickening agent. Add it to your sauces, soups and pie filling.

This hydrated tapioca starch is a key ingredient in Brazilian flatbreads and Pão de Queijo.
