Yoki farinha de rosca breadcrumbs give your meat and fish a golden crust. Dip chicken, white fish or sliced aubergine into plain flour, then egg, then these breadcrumbs. Fry or bake the coated ingredients until golden. Another great use for these breadcrumbs is to add them to homemade meatballs to bind the mix together, or sprinkle over macaroni cheese for a crunchy topping.
