The Yasuo black chef’s knife has an ultra-thin core for increased durability and razor sharpness that is retained over time. It’s easy to clean and care for - perfect for busy home kitchens and professional chefs. The blade is flat and then curves to the tip so you can use it for dicing, roll cutting, chopping and filleting. It’s strong enough to joint a chicken but with the precise control required to mince garlic or julienne carrots. Use it to dice grilled meat and finely slice vegetables for wraps and salads.

This Yasuo knife is made in Seki City, Japan. Seki City is well known for the knife making craft, and is often referred to as the knife capital of the world. Nowadays, cities across the world fight for the title, however Seki City is still the champion for any Japanese knives, with the tradition dating back almost 800 years.
