Pear Lolly Chocolate Mould
Description
This durable plastic mould creates pear-shaped chocolate lollies - perfect for summer parties. Add green food colouring paste to white chocolate for a realistic green hue. For a grown-up treat, use dark chocolate and fill with a rich ganache flavoured with pear liqueur.
Add the lolly sticks while the chocolate is still warm. Ensure they are completely covered by chocolate to secure them in place.

Pour tempered chocolate into the mould and then tap the mould a few times on a steady work surface to avoid air bubbles. Hold the mould upside down to remove the excess chocolate and use a spatula to tidy the surface. Once the chocolate has set, turn the mould upside down. Leave at room temperature. As the chocolate cools further and contracts, the chocolate shapes will detach themselves from the mould and drop out.
