Tex’s jerk seasoning is a spicy herb blend to add a kick to your Caribbean cooking. Cayenne pepper, paprika and black pepper bring a hot kick to the mix. Use this versatile blend as a dry seasoning, or mix with olive oil to create a wet marinade for chicken, beef or lamb. Enjoy your jerk meat baked, barbecued or roasted.
As well as using this jerk seasoning for meat, it’s great sprinkled over fries or pitta chips.
