Stubb’s hickory liquid smoke gives you that smoky barbecue flavour without the fuss of firing up the grill. Hickory has a strong flavour - perfect for slow-cooked pork shoulder or a rack of ribs. You can brush it onto steaks and burgers to achieve that rich, chargrilled taste, even when you’re cooking indoors. Liquid smoke is a powerful flavourful enhancer, so use it sparingly - a little goes a long way.
Use Stubb’s liquid smoke to add instant campfire warmth to marinades, scrambled eggs and Boston baked beans. Brush it onto hot dogs and chicken thighs for an instant boost of smoky hickory flavour.
