Description
Rummo’s basil pesto is a traditional recipe of Grana Padano and Pecorino Romano cheese blended with basil, enriched with cashews and pine nuts. Use it to make Ligurian classic pasta alla Genovese, simply tossing spaghetti through the pesto before serving.
Taking your time is key to the Italian way of life, and the Rummo family were traditional. The family carefully source the best flour to create perfectly al dente pasta, and have also branched into making pasta sauces and pesto.
Ingredients: Italian Basil 32%, sunflower oil, potato flakes, glucose syrup, cashew nuts, Grana Padano Chesse (milk, salt, rennet, contains egg lysozyme) 5%, Pecorino Romano Cheese (ewe's milk, salt, rennet) 4.5%, extra virgin olive oil 2%, pine nuts, salt, natural basil flavouring, garlic 0.3%, acidity regulator: E270, Antioxidant: E300.
