Description
This top quality Marine Gourmet rouille is the traditional Provençal sauce to serve alongside a bouillabaise fish soup. Rouille is an olive oil and garlic emulsion, lightened with breadcrumbs to form a rich and smooth sauce. This rouille is wonderful with all kinds of seafood - serve alongside seared squid or roasted monkfish.
Serve the rouille with Marine Gourmet fish soup with saffron and garlic croutons.
Ingredients: rapeseed oil, water, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt), tomato puree, egg yolk, corn starch, salt, garlic, thickener: guar gum and xantham gum, paprika, natural extract of cayenne. Allergens are listed in bold.
