Quinta D’Avo’s honey BBQ sauce is a sweet barbecue condiment with a chilli heat. The fruit vinegar is blended with chilli, honey, salt and spices to create this Portuguese sauce. Marinade ribs and chicken drumsticks in this thick sauce to create meat with a hot-sweet flavour and glossy finish.
For a more intense flavour, serve this honey BBQ sauce as a condiment and drizzle over hot dogs, burgers and even fries.
