Provence olive-shaped chocolates are a quirky take on plain chocolate-coated almonds. The chocolate coating is cleverly painted to resemble black and green olives!
Each treat has a whole Provençal almond in the centre.
Nicolas Alziari began producing olive oil in Nice in 1868. In the 1980s, his descendants grew the Alziari business by offering other produce from Nice – like herbs, olives and homemade syrups. Today, the Nicolas Alziari company gives you the taste of Provence in your own kitchen with their range of local and family-made specialities.
Ingredients: dark chocolate 37.5% (cocoa mess, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavour of vanilla), white chocolate 36.5% (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous milk fat, emulsifer: soy lecithin, natural flavour of vanilla), almonds 21%, coating agents; acacia gum and shellac, sugar, colorings E102*, E132, E153, natural flavor of Bourbon vanilla.
