Description
Organic French sea beans in brine are a crunchy and salty vegetable for salads and sauces. Eat the briny sea beans as you would green beans or samphire, either cold or hot.
To serve the sea beans, drain from the brine and toss through vegetable salads or pair with brown butter sauces. These sea beans are wonderful on the side of lamb to cut through the fatty richness of the meat.
Ingredients: Sea bean (Himanthalia elongata), water, salt, acidifier: citric acid
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days.
