Olio Guglielmi Monogram Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Description

Guglielmi’s Monogram Organic extra virgin olive oil is produced by the Guglielmi family in Puglia. It is made with a blend of Peranzana and Coratina olives, which are native to this part of southern Italy. The combination of these varieties produces an intriguing oil with a smooth, sweet flavour and a spicy, bitter aftertaste. When you open the bottle, you will immediately notice its fresh, vegetal aroma, reminiscent of artichokes, almonds and tomatoes.

Drizzle this superb extra virgin olive oil over freshly baked focaccia to serve with Italian cheeses and cured meats. It’s also ideal as a finishing oil for seared steaks, griddled aubergine or fish baked with lemon and herbs. Add a splash to tiger prawns, hot from the grill, or crostini topped with cream cheese and broad beans.

Olio Guglielmi Monogram Organic olive oil is available in two sizes:

  • 500ml
  • 3L
