This exceptional oil is produced by the Guglielemi family who have been cultivating their olive groves since the 1950s. It is made with specially selected Coratina olives, one of the most famous olive varieties grown in the Puglia region of southern Italy.

Coratina extra virgin olive oil has an intense, fruity flavour and a bitter-spicy after taste that lingers on the palate. The complex but well-rounded flavour is a great match for red meat, legumes and oily fish. Try drizzling it over a caprese salad or fresh pasta with tomato sauce or a rustic sausage ragu. You can use it in salad dressings and marinades, too.

The olive oil is stored in a rounded, white bottle decorated with a colourful illustration of the Puglian countryside. The bottle not only looks fantastic, it also keeps the olive oil tasting its best by protecting it from sunlight.
