Description

With the Nem Viet pho kit, you can enjoy a warming bowl of Vietnamese noodle soup in under 15 minutes. This easy and convenient meal kit contains rice noodles, broth seasonings, chilli sauce and soybean sauce. You just need to add your favourite pho toppings, like thinly sliced beef, bean sprouts and fresh herbs. If you’re not in the mood for beef, try adding tofu, prawns or cooked chicken to the flavourful broth.

Once the broth has infused and the noodles are cooked, you can season your pho with the Vietnamese chilli sauce and flavourful soybean paste. Add sliced red chilli if you like it hot or freshen things up with a squeeze of lime and a handful of fresh mint and coriander.

The Nem Viet pho kit serves two people.

Ingredients: Rice noodles (80g): rice flour (92%), water, tapioca starch, salt. Herbs and spices mix (27g):  sugar, salt, black pepper, cinnamon bark, anise seed, cloves, cardamom. Black soybean sauce (25g): soybeans (50%), water, sugar, salt, corn starch, thickener: xanthan gum; antioxidant: acetic acid; colour: plain caramel; antioxidant: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate. Vietnamese chilli sauce (25g): water, sugar, chilli (4.8%), garlic, refined corn starch, salt, seaweed extract, antioxidant: acetic acid, ascorbic acid.
