Meligyris orange blossom honey is sweet, fruity and floral – spread it over sesame breads, stir it through Greek yoghurt, or use it as a glaze for citrus loaves. This amber honey gets its light colour and floral aromas from the orange and lemon tree blossoms.
With prominent, fruity flavours, this honey is a great addition to pastries and sweets, or as a glaze for rich meats and fish. We also love this orange blossom honey paired with salty cheeses, be it grilled halloumi, feta or manouri.
