The Maison Bremond summer truffle salt is a combination of the finest Camargue salt with the rich, umami flavours of summer truffle. This salt elevates the seasoning of even the simplest of dishes. 

Summer truffle has a slightly milder flavour than black winter truffle so it is ideal to add the moreish aroma of truffle to more gentler flavours without overpowering them. 

Use the summer truffle salt to finish perfect poached eggs or avocado on toast for a brunch upgrade, or to season delicate fish and chopped vegetable salads
