Maison Bremond Apricot & Lavender Jam, 250g

Maison Bremond’s apricot and lavender jam is a beautifully balanced preserve of floral lavender and sweet apricot. This smooth jam is made from apricots grown in the Provencal sun for a sweet and slightly tart base, which is gently offset by the fragrant floral notes of lavender. A twist on a classic apricot jam, this is perfect for those who don’t like their jam too sugary-sweet. 

This jam is cooked in a traditional cauldron in small batches for optimal control and preservation of flavours. 

Enjoy this preserve as part of breakfast - spread on crusty sourdough bread or on top of creamy porridge -  or in baking classics. Spread on traditional fruit cake before covering in marzipan to add a freshness to complement this rich cake.
