Loison salted caramel colomba is an indulgent Easter bake. Loison’s signature fresh butter and milk dough pairs with a salted butter caramel cream filling and milk chocolate drops. A glossy white chocolate caramel icing and scattering of PGI Piedmont hazelnuts give this colomba a luxurious finish. 

Serve Loison’s salted caramel colomba with your morning espresso, or enjoy it with a glass of sherry at the end of a meal. Each colomba is hand packaged in a pastel coloured box, and finished with a satin ribbon bow – a beautiful gift.

About Loison

Loison have been baking panettones and colomba for over 75 years, started by Tranquillo Loison in 1938. Today his grandson Dario cares for the business. For Loison’s ‘top line’ panettones, pandoro and colomba, all the ingredients are carefully selected by Dario: the freshest eggs, butter and cream from Italy’s mountain farms, and fine Italian flours and sugar. The naturally leavened cakes and breads are made with the traditional sourdough process. Each yeasted cake takes 72 hours from beginning to end, which gives rise to their exquisite texture and rich flavour.
