Le Guerandais Label Rouge sea salt is harvested by hand by salt workers in Brittany. Perfect for everyday cooking, it can be sprinkled over seared steaks or used to make a salt crust for fish. Naturally grey in colour, it has a rich mineral flavour that will enhance sauces, soups and salted caramel.
Rich in magnesium, this coarse sea salt is guaranteed unwashed, unrefined and additive-free. Unlike refined industrial salt, Le Guerandais sea salt does not undergo any form of washing or chemical treatment so it is 100% natural. Try sprinkling a few flakes over crusty buttered bread to appreciate the flavour.
