Huilerie Beaujolaise 1st Cold Pressed Organic Sunflower Oil, 250ml

Use cold pressed sunflower oil in place of any neutral oil in dips, dressings and marinades. Made in France, this organic oil has a delicate flavour and glorious green-gold colour. As with other cold pressed oils, it is not recommended to heat this oil above 100°C. Use it to make a light, lemon vinaigrette for green beans and leafy salads or mix with garlic and herbs for a speedy marinade for chicken or fish.
