Description

Cold pressed organic hazelnut oil has a strong nutty flavour with earthy, toasted undertones. It can be used in sweet and savoury dishes, from soups and salads to cheesecakes and crumbles. Made in France, the oil has a creamy sweetness that works particularly well with root vegetables, goats cheese and puff pastry tarts. You can use it to make hazelnut pesto or a flavourful dressing for salads with chicory, pear and blue cheese.

The oil is made from specially selected hazelnuts which are chopped, roasted and then pressed for over three hours. This lengthy extraction process preserves their natural flavour and aroma. The golden oil is then filtered and bottled, ready to be used in your kitchen.
